Product Design

Designed with the planet in mind.  Plastic waste is destroying nature, and everyday hygienic tools are only adding to the destruction.  With this in mind, "Klick Klean" reduces any unnecessary waste from our daily tools by using the same handle for all 3 tools. Additionally, all materials come from sustainable sources and can be recycled or naturally disposed of.

KLICK KLEAN

Sustainable Hygienic Multitool

A suitcase designed for individuals with only one hand available when going through the airport. This is specifically focused on individuals who are missing one hand/arm physically or functionally, but benefits can also be seen by those who cannot use an arm due to other circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to injuries, carrying a baby, holding a child's hand, or simply walking with one hand occupied.

With cars going fully autonomous, the space inside cars has limitless opportunities. My design envisions the car being able to transform into the mobile office of the future through the use of a retractable smart desk.  Designed with the intent of having technology there when you need it, but completely hidden when you don't.

BUICK 2040

Retractable Smart Desk Concept

A blend of nature and human artistry.  Burled maple from a maple tree in my backyard, milled by the Amish, and turned into a functional piece of art. Hexagon shapes are cut from the same slab of wood, with the grain oriented in a pattern, with translucent blue resin poured in-between that allows light to shine through and illuminate the pattern.

Tasked with designing a belt buckle for the LTU Men’s Golf Team, it was important to combine the traditional looks of a golf belt with the sleek, modern looks that would properly represent the school. A hexagon pattern that is extruded to different planes does exactly such.

With a simple and minimalistic design layout, the "Simply Smart Remote" takes advantage of a touchscreen to enlarge buttons and information on the remote. By doing so, the remote can perform numerous functions seen in modern smart homes that will assist in their daily lives, with far fewer buttons than even a standard Tv remote.
